Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Nucleus, the AI study tool for the American Board of Radiology, operated by VENDRA LABS Limited Liability Co. (“Nucleus,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Nucleus is for adult professionals. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. Nucleus is not directed at children. If you are under 13, do not create an account or submit any personal information.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Don’t share your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and top-ups

• Free trial: 3 study sessions per account, lifetime, no card required.
• Monthly: $40/month for 30 sessions per 30-day period. Sessions reset each period and do not roll over.
• Reup pack: $25 for an additional 15 sessions. Reup sessions persist across periods until used.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from the dashboard. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Refunds

We don’t offer routine refunds for partially-used periods or partially-used reup packs. If something goes wrong — service outage, billing error — email us and we’ll make it right.

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t share your account, scrape the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Don’t attempt to bypass session limits, abuse the free trial via throwaway emails, or interfere with rate limits.
• Don’t attempt to extract Nucleus prompts, source content, or proprietary calibration data.
• Don’t reverse-engineer, attack, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and seek recovery for damages and abuse-driven AI costs.

7. Educational use; no medical advice

Nucleus is a study tool. AI-generated explanations, practice problems, and feedback are for educational purposes only. Nucleus does not provide medical advice and does not replace the judgment of a licensed clinician or board examiner. AI output may contain errors — verify against primary sources for clinical decisions.

8. Intellectual property

The Nucleus name, design, code, prompts, calibrations, and non-AI-generated content are owned by VENDRA LABS LLC. AI study sessions generated for your account are yours to use for personal study; you grant us a license to retain them on your account so the saved library works.

Nucleus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Board of Radiology.

9. No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, including passing the ABR. Outages, AI errors, and infrastructure hiccups happen. We do our best.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Nucleus is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

When we materially change these Terms we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
